The Munich Airport Business Park in Hallbergmoos now offers all start-ups, self-employed people and companies a new home: newly installed, fully equipped workspaces in the First Choice Business concept are the basis for traditional offices as well as coworking spaces, conference rooms and virtual offices. Tenants also receive infrastructure in the form of IT and presentation technology as well as a coffee and tea flat rate.
Unlocking, arriving, working
Move in and get straight to work: A total of 44 offices, equipped with designer furniture, ranging from 20 to 27 square meters, will offer space for one or two people in future. Coworkers have flexible workstations including a couch, leather armchair and table in the spacious lounge. A shared kitchen provides additional space for networking. Either classic or modern conference rooms are available for meetings and presentations, and additional services such as catering can be booked separately. Virtual offices are ideal for frequent travelers. With this model, tenants can work from any location, but receive a fixed business address with a company sign and telephone number. Depending on requirements, the offices can be booked by the hour or by the day. The monthly rental price varies between EUR 1,199 and EUR 1,699.
Proximity to the airport is an important criterion
What rarely happens in everyday working life, Sirius Facilities wants to turn into reality with the First Choice concept. To enable tenants to concentrate fully on their work, the operator has been converting the premises in the Leonardo building on the west side of the business park since the start of the year. After Essen, Wiesbaden and Neuss, Hallbergmoos is the fourth concept of its kind to be realized in Germany. The immediate proximity to one of the busiest commercial airports in Europe was just one of several decisive factors for renting the space. In addition, Hallbergmoos is a strong business location with the MABP and many other well-known companies are already based in the area. The Hallbergmoos MABP alone is currently home to more than 250 companies from a wide range of sectors.
