Lindbergh-Center at the MABP welcomes three new tenants

A good four years after the core refurbishment and revitalization, the Lindbergh-Center continues to attract new tenants – and thus to the Munich Aiport Business Park (MABP) in Hallbergmoos. With the successful letting of around 700 square meters to three new companies, the MABP is able to assert itself as an office location in a challenging market environment despite corona. At 420 square meters, the largest lease goes to Umwelt-Geräte-Technik GmbH (UGT) on the second floor.

In addition to the location with quick access to the airport and highways, the main reasons for UGT GmbH are the possibility of arranging the rooms according to their own ideas. The branch in Hallbergmoos has its own conference room for training courses, workshops and international meetings. Founded in 1992, the company is involved in the development, manufacture and installation of environmental instruments and monitoring systems for soil research and hydrology and thus also environmental research.

SL Corporation and Trans Mobility KG also move into a new second floor

The multinational company SL Corporation, headquartered in the South Korean city of Gyeongsan, has also opted for the Lindbergh Center. The company specializes in the manufacture of automotive components. The company has recently moved into 120 square meters on the second floor for the first time from Germany. The new tenant shares individual rooms with the transport company Trans Mobility KG. The Landshut-based company offers bus rentals and airport transfers throughout Germany and recently also moved into a 150 square meter section of the space.

The Hallbergmoos MABP is currently home to more than 250 companies. The MABP and the entire business location of Hallbergmoos are characterized by the diversity of different industries. Companies of various sizes from the high-tech, automotive, biotech, media, pharmaceutical and aviation sectors have discovered the central location as an advantage for themselves. The Lindbergh-Center is located at the entrance to the MABP and has a total rental area of around 3,700 square meters.
