The Sirius Office Center Munich Airport welcomes five new tenants under the best possible conditions. The tenants of the building in the Munich Airport Business Park (MABP) will benefit from new, flexible conference rooms and coworking facilities in the building’s own First Choice Business Center. One of the new tenants is O2 SURFTOWN MUC, which is moving in with a direct view of its own surf park and will enjoy the ocean feeling far away from the sea.
Sirius Facilities GmbH has leased just under 1,000 square meters to five new companies. In addition to O2 SURFTOWN MUC, which is moving into 400 square meters of office space on the third floor and 100 square meters of storage space, the new tenants are tax consultants Spöhrer, KOMEDIS, the logistics company AviaCargo and a driving school. Danja Leko, Sales Manager at Sirius Facilities GmbH, which operates the Office Center, explains: “We are currently receiving more and larger requests for space. There are many reasons for this. On the one hand, companies are investing again and are more confident – also because the ‘normal’ working world is gradually returning and the pendulum between office and home office is swinging more towards the office in most companies. On the other hand, most people come to the office for special experiences and social contacts. With O2 SURFTOWN MUC on our doorstep, we can offer just that. If you open the window, you can hear the sound of the sea in Hallbergmoos.”

Sirius Office Center Munich-Airport: New conference center and coworking facilities
In addition to normal office space from 20 square metres, the Sirius Office Center Munich-Airport houses the First Choice Business Center on 1,600 square metres with its own range of coworking, conference and socializing spaces. Leko: “These spaces are particularly suitable for companies in the growth phase. O2 SURFTOWN MUC also started here with two small offices and has grown steadily. We attach great importance to enabling companies to achieve this growth.”

Another plus: a new state-of-the-art conference center. Sirius Facilities GmbH has created five new conference rooms for 100, 15 and 6 people. Tenants of the building can now book conference spaces flexibly and at lower prices instead of having to withhold these spaces in their own rental area. External parties can also take advantage of this offer.
Alexander Mademann, Economic Development Manager for the municipality of Hallbergmoos, is delighted with the latest new tenants and the new services: “Munich Airport Business Park is becoming increasingly attractive for companies from all over the world. The latest rental successes show that the surf park and the new services and amenities in the MABP are already real magnets.”
