Love at first swipe: the trainee matching platform RECREWT uses artificial intelligence (AI) and gamification aspects to transfer what was previously only reserved for Tinder users to the dream apprenticeship in Hallbergmoos. Pupils living in the municipality of Hallbergmoos and surrounding communities are to be made aware of apprenticeships at local companies through the app. On Wednesday, April 26, 2023, at 4 p.m., the economic development department of the municipality of Hallbergmoos, together with the company RECREWT GmbH, will inform companies and teachers about the new apprenticeship matching in the community hall at Theresienstraße 6 in Hallbergmoos.
Perfect match for training in Hallbergmoos
RECREWT is set to take off in Hallbergmoos with an app for pupils, a platform for companies and a school tour including classroom matching. All it takes: Interest and a little time. From pupils and companies. The app takes care of the rest. While companies can upload their job advertisements via the company platform, students are playfully guided through the profile creation process to the application – matching analysis included. Alexander Mademann, business promoter for the municipality of Hallbergmoos, explains: “With RECREWT, we are making Hallbergmoos’ diverse training landscape visible. As a sign against the shortage of skilled workers, we want to train even more students in the future and keep them here as trained specialists.”

In future, the platform will help companies to attract school pupils from Hallbergmoos for apprenticeships and internships. The municipality of Hallbergmoos wants to use it to strengthen the 265 companies and almost 1,500 businesses located in the municipality near Munich Airport. The precise, AI-based matching is intended to open pupils’ eyes to previously unknown professions and enable them to enter companies and jobs that suit them perfectly.
All companies are therefore cordially invited to attend the information event on April 26 at 4 p.m. in the community hall at Theresienstraße 6 in Hallbergmoos.
