Since he entered the mobility services business five years ago with transmobility® , company founder Claus Nußrainer has been concerned with one thing above all: movement. And about getting conference participants, business people and vacationers from A to B and back again in a growing fleet of vehicles. Whether in the minibus shuttle, the spacious City Liner or the luxuriously equipped travel lounge including catering and escort. However, mobility, travel and events came to an end at the beginning of 2020.
The opening of a spacious event location on the third floor of the Lindbergh-Center in Hallbergmoos shows how you can keep moving despite standing still. Since summer 2021, the [B3]-Loft has offered a stylish event and conference location with two conference rooms (89 and 43 square meters), a guest area and two roof terraces. It also has a wonderful view and perhaps the best ventilation system designed with the hygiene requirements of the post-corona era in mind. One person didn’t need any further convincing after the first visit to the location: Eva Triebswetter, who, as a qualified hotel manager, is enthusiastic about the full-service possibilities of the Hallbergmoos event location. She has been responsible for Loft & Lounge as a project manager and trainer since the beginning of 2022.

Ms. Triebswetter, the past two years have been a real challenge. Especially for travel, events and functions. How does a mobility company come up with the idea of launching an event location in a time of standstill?
It’s true that corona was also a brake in many respects. But there was at least one advantage to the difficult times: we suddenly had enough time to implement ideas. This is always more difficult during ongoing operations…
Is an event location like the [B3] loft the obvious choice?
From my point of view: absolutely. At transmobility, the service concept comes first. At the end of the day, we try to offer our customers a full-service package where they don’t have to worry about anything. So we not only offer pick-up and accompanied transfer to a destination, but also the destination itself. Ideally, you will be picked up at your company premises in our luxurious [B3] lounge bus. Catering is available during the journey. This is followed by the conference in the loft with concluding drinks at the bar or on the roof terrace and finally the return transportation. That makes the whole thing complete…

In the case of your loft, it is even particularly safe. They have provided a state-of-the-art ventilation system…
Another advantage of expansion in challenging times! Our landlord, Dr. Hans Langer, is a physicist and pointed out to us in preliminary discussions what could be done in terms of the ventilation system. Fresh air is now blown into the room from above and extracted from below. This prevents turbulence and the air is purified to be germ-free – an absolutely corona-compliant ventilation system. This is important for the safety of our customers and also makes us more stable for the future, because a safe event location guarantees planning reliability. Together with the great technical equipment, the bar, roof terrace and wonderful daylight on the third floor, you have everything you need – and even a little bit more.

Does the Hallbergmoos location with its proximity to the airport and Munich play a role?
Absolutely. Many companies fly in their business partners to meet with them for conferences. As a mobility company, our proximity to the airport is incredibly helpful. What’s more, Hallbergmoos with its central location is ideal for a full-service offering like ours. This also applies to potential customers from the surrounding area. Especially as we fill a niche with our offer: We not only offer conferences, but also a feel-good factor in a great location.
What is the situation with local companies?
We are still at the very beginning. But we are trying to attract local companies as well as the local community, social institutions and clubs to the [B3] loft. We are quite flexible when it comes to pricing and the rooms are so versatile that they are not only suitable for corporate events and conferences, but also for celebrations.

What are your next goals here in Hallbergmoos?
I come from a family of restaurateurs and after working in Michelin-starred restaurants and in an international hotel chain in the USA & Canada, I was able to gain many years of experience as a project and change manager at a large automotive supplier. I’ve been here since the beginning of the year and can now bring both worlds together in one location. That’s really great. I am also a certified trainer and business coach myself and intend to build up a seminar pool in addition to customer events so that I can also offer companies courses here in areas such as team building. This also closes the circle!
Thank you very much for the interview!
