Project Management Assistant (m/f/d) in the back office at ZETA GmbH

Your tasks:

– Supporting the project management: After extensive training, you will support the project management independently and on your own responsibility in complex projects (plant construction for pharmaceuticals and biopharmaceuticals) and will be actively involved in the design of the project phases.
– Project monitoring: You set up framework conditions for project monitoring in coordination and are responsible for monthly project controlling by tracking progress and analyzing deviations and cost controlling.

You will be responsible for the analysis of microbiological samples using molecular biological and conventional methods. You will complement our experienced team throughout the entire process chain, from sample receipt to analysis and evaluation.
In addition, you will support the production management in our ISO 9001 certified production area. You will be involved in the entire production process, from the raw materials to the finished product, while always maintaining an overview.
