Since the turn of the millennium, SupplyOn AG has been connecting customers worldwide with their business partners at its Hallbergmoos site. In a somewhat different kind of questionnaire, the company answers questions and also explains the advantages of the Hallbergmoos site.
How would you explain the work of your company to a child?
We help our customers who manufacture machines or components for cars, airplanes and trains to work better with their business partners from all over the world. With the help of computer programs, our customers can easily buy and sell everything they need for their work.
What color would you give your company or have you given it and why?
We have chosen blue as our corporate color. It highlights our trustworthiness and expertise as a technology leader.
How international is your company in terms of employees, cooperation partners or similar? How can you recognize this?
SupplyOn is a very international company. The employees at the Hallbergmoos site alone come from 21 countries and speak 18 languages. Our company also has locations abroad, for example in San Diego, Shanghai, Toulouse and Turin. Our customers’ supply chains span the entire globe. SupplyOn connects 65,000 companies worldwide on its platform.
Why did you choose Hallbergmoos as your company headquarters?
The good transport links to the highway and the airport played a major role in our decision to choose Hallbergmoos. The proximity to the airport is a big plus point, especially because of the many business trips or visits from international corporate partners. It is also only a few minutes away from the S-Bahn and highway. Due to its location on the outskirts of the city, SupplyOn is therefore able to provide its employees with sufficient parking spaces. Employees from the surrounding area like to use the cycle paths from Munich, Freising and Erding. Shopping facilities, a sports park and day-care centers for children are, of course, also criteria that speak in favor of a company headquarters in Hallbergmoos.
What kind of employees are you looking for?
We are primarily looking for employees in the areas of consulting, product development, software development and IT operations. However, trainees and working students are also always in demand.

Thanks to our shareholders Bosch, ZF, Continental and Schaeffler, we can offer future-proof jobs and exciting projects. Where can your employees eat? What is particularly popular?
Our employees have two canteens at their disposal. The company subsidizes each lunch with 4.50 euros, and both canteens are popular. Alternatively, you can also shop in the supermarket directly opposite and use the break areas.
