The Terminal H office complex at Munich Airport Business Park (MABP) in Hallbergmoos has leased around 450 square meters of office space to SK Consulting. The data protection specialist from North Rhine-Westphalia is thus launching its first branch in southern Germany. The company has recently received a large number of inquiries from the southern regions and is therefore opening its own location in Hallbergmoos, from which the southern German region can be easily accessed. The branch will initially start with four employees who will help companies with data protection and IT security issues. In the medium term, ten employees will work from Hallbergmoos. The official opening ceremony will take place on July 2, 2019.
The Terminal H office building was built in 1993 and has around 24,000 square meters of office space. Alexander Mademann from the Hallbergmoos local authority’s business development department is delighted with the new move and the successful letting. This means that the municipality can continue to increase the occupancy rate in the current year. In total, more than 260 companies are located at the MABP. The entire office park in the immediate vicinity of Munich Airport has around 186,700 square meters of office space.
