The Munich Airport Business Park (MABP) has a new tenant. The Boston-based information security company Rapid7 is moving into 280 square meters of space in the Airport Business Centre (ABC) at Söldnermoos.
The IT company, which specializes in vulnerability management and cyber security, moved into its new offices at the beginning of April. Rapid7 offers customers a complete solution to manage vulnerabilities, maximize application security, effectively detect and handle incidents and manage logs. The new location at ABC will allow the company to expand its nationwide team and provide flexibility to meet the demands of the future. The company has already more than doubled in size from 5 to 12 employees in the past two years and is aiming to double again in the next two years. The ABC offers the perfect infrastructure for this. The restaurant, the conference rooms and the option to book additional space allow the company to respond appropriately to both employee and customer requirements.
The IT security company counts more than 7400 organizations among its customers and is active in 120 countries. With 1400 employees worldwide, Rapid7 is one of the leading cyber security companies.
The ABC is currently home to almost 60 companies in around 35,000 square meters of rental space, including a number of start-ups. The entire MABP comprises more than 250 companies on around 186,700 square meters. Companies such as Rapid7 benefit, among other things, from the mix of sectors in the business park, which ensures diversity and networking. Valuable contacts can be made here, including within the ABC office complex.
