Seven in one go: Airport Business Center in Hallbergmoos MABP close to full occupancy

The Airport Business Center (ABC) in Hallbergmoos has recorded seven successful lettings in recent months despite coronavirus. Entrematic Germany GmbH, manufacturer of Normstahl garage doors, rented 444 square metres of new office space, while digitalization expert BDF advanced moved into a total of 231 square metres. Other new tenants include Globe Air Cargo GmbH and Skyline Air Services GmbH. In total, almost 1,000 square meters have been newly let. The Airport Business Center office complex is located in the Munich Airport Business Park (MABP) and thus in the immediate vicinity of Munich Airport. The letting to companies from various sectors shows that the MABP continues to be a very attractive business location for local and international companies. The ABC complex with a total of around 34,000 square meters of gross floor space is therefore almost fully let.

Entrematic Germany GmbH has been a tenant in the premises since the beginning of July. Founded in Moosburg, the company develops automatic door and gate solutions for private and industrial customers under the Normstahl brand. The company recently moved into 444 square meters in the ABC.

In addition, BDF advanced GmbH, a company of the BDF experts Group, signed a lease for 231 square meters in the Airport Business Centre at the beginning of July. The consultant for the administration and control of product data and processes as well as for financial management develops software for corporate groups and SMEs.

Rental triple in June

Also new to the Airport Business Centre: Mondial Airline Services GmbH, which has been on site in 82 square meters of space since 1 June. The company focuses on advising and supporting airlines in customer service, marketing and management processes. Globe Air Cargo GmbH, a leader in the marketing and sale of international air freight capacities, moved into 109 square meters at the same time. Both companies benefit from the proximity of the location to the airport. Miyanaga Co LTD, which specializes in the manufacture of concrete drills, carbide and diamond drills, completed the rental triple in June.

Double growth in May

Skyline Air Services GmbH has also moved into new quarters. The company, headquartered in Düsseldorf, supports airlines with sales and marketing strategies. IT consultant Michael Fischer, Managing Director of ITK-Professional, focuses on Microsoft cloud products. The expert advises business customers from a new individual office at ABC.

Technology meets sustainability

With its technical equipment, the ABC office building meets all contemporary requirements with regard to mobility and future-oriented working environments. The individual offices are equipped with an individually controllable heating and cooling system that is operated with groundwater and the use of heat pumps, which is both cost-effective and environmentally friendly. An energy-saving lighting system enables glare-free working at the screen.
