Founded in 1973 by Konrad Lamprecht as K. Lamprecht GmbH, the company for heating and sanitary installations has been based in Hallbergmoos for almost 50 years – and is still firmly in the hands of the second generation of the family. So it’s okay to dress up a little and get dressed up. Just like the once tranquil Munich suburb, which has experienced an extraordinary growth spurt since the opening of the airport in 1992. That’s why the company, now run by Lamprecht’s daughter Birgit and her husband Jörg Baumann, moved into a new 1,000 square meter headquarters in the Munich Airport Business Park (MABP) last year – and expanded the warehouse and office space to include an impressive showroom.
This represents the preliminary culmination of a development brought about by Munich Airport with numerous new buildings on the one hand and the energy transition on the other. “We are now focusing on regenerative heating technologies with more and more air and groundwater heat pumps,” explains Jörg Baumann. “As summers are also getting hotter and hotter due to global warming, we are also installing more and more air conditioning systems linked to heat pumps in the private sector. This means that the pump can be used for heating in winter and cooling in summer.” A thoroughly sustainable system, which is also used in the new company building and can be viewed by customers at any time. This also applies to the extensive range of bathroom and wellness facilities, which customers can inspect and even try out in the spacious new showroom. With free-standing bathtubs, washlets, shower boards and even a sunshower (infrared light/UV light), among other things, everything is available here for a private oasis of well-being within your own four walls. The corresponding planning and advice can then take place directly in the showroom after an on-site inspection by a master craftsman.

This is one of the reasons why the showroom has been so well received. “Our customers value expert advice and support throughout the entire bathroom renovation process,” says Birgit Baumann. “And we attach great importance to maximum customer satisfaction.” Which is why the service concept is particularly important in the training company. On request, K. Lamprecht GmbH can also coordinate and organize the other associated trades, providing everything from a single source. This is another form of wellness that comes into play in the chic new showroom: apart from questions of taste, the customer no longer has to worry about anything.
