The Airport Business Center (ABC) office complex in Munich Airport Business Park (MABP) welcomes three new tenants. The new arrivals from the IT and mobility sectors benefit from an increasing number of services and amenities on site. This is because both the Airport Business Center and the Munich Airport Business Park offer new usage options. This makes the municipality of Hallbergmoos even more interesting for companies from various sectors.
While the MABP is increasingly developing into a lively commercial, production, biotech and life science hub, the location continues to attract office tenants. The IT service provider Levi, Ray & Shoup Inc. will be renting around 300 square meters in the Airport Business Centre. The other two new tenants are the mobility provider A2B Business GmbH and Air Charter Service GmbH, which operates in the field of private jet, cargo and group charter flights. New arrivals at ABC will also benefit from a dry-cleaning service in the building with immediate effect.
“The Airport Business Center is now almost fully let. The latest deals show that our concept of offering both large and small companies sustainable working environments and services is working,” says Christin Piotter, the manager responsible, referring to the in-house kiosk, cafeteria and large company restaurant, which is open to all employees from the MABP. The option of renting office space from around 30 square meters in the Airport Business Centre has also been well received.
Soft factors at Munich Airport Business Park: new services and a restaurant
There is also news a few buildings away, in the revitalized SKYGATE biotech and office complex. SKYGATE Food opened there in the first quarter of 2024. The restaurant is also available to all 7,500 MABP employees. Alexander Mademann, business promoter for the municipality of Hallbergmoos, sees the location continuing to grow: “The MABP laboratory and office park near the airport is on course for success. On the one hand, amenities such as the recently opened Skygate Food restaurant in Zeppelinstraße or the shirt service at ABC are soft factors that are contributing to the location. On the other hand, the entire community is attracting international attention thanks to the O2 SURFTOWN MUC surf park, which is currently under construction. This means that the MABP will continue to offer the ideal breeding ground for companies from various sectors and all over the world in the future.”
